Eva Stavrou (flute) and Thalia Papadopoulou (piano) share the same passion for contemporary music and artistic creation. Their collaboration started in 2018 and they have since played in Athens, Nicosia, Paris, Bucarest and Munich. Their duet was selected by the Onassis Foundation in 2020 to create and record a new piece. In 2021 they were funded by the i-portunus program in order to work with the composers Philippe Hurel, Diana Rotaru and Minas Borboudakis on their works for flute and piano and also to promote composers from Cyprus and Greece to the visited countries.
